Sales/Business Development Team:

• Lead Generation
• Maintaining & Creating new client accounts/contacts
• Generate & allocate requirements to their respective recruiters (Fulfillment Team)

Fulfillment Team:

• BD’s allocate the requirements to their respective Recruiters.
• Works on both Contract & Full time Requirements

Hotlist Team:

• Identifying & adding potential skilled resources to our payroll.
• Matching opportunities for available consultants.
• Identify and build relationships with new and potential clients.

Strategic Sourcing Team:

• Lead Generation
• Market WCS to the clients and attract the clients for future requirements
• Coordinating with Sales/BD Team, Fulfillment Team & Hotlist Team
