WCS train candidates in accent, pronunciation, professional voice quality, cultural orientation, and where necessary, grammar, idiomatic expressions, and call center skills. During training, WCS provides support and feedback.
After studying the initial courses, a trainee submits a mid-point audio recording, which is scored and written feedback provided. The trainee is either authorized to continue to the second half of the training, or is directed to review particular aspects and re-test later.
WCS gives exposure to the characteristics of foreign accents, guidance through audio and theory lessons, comprehension of various accents, enhancement and neutralization of one’s own accent through stringent practices, etc. all helps trainees acquire the required speech skills. Each trainee is handled individually, as
each trainee has his or her own unique way of speaking.
